Yes — full customization is our specialty. We can work from your design drawings, mood boards, or brand guidelines. Our in-house design team can also create bespoke designs for your approval before production begins.

For commercial projects, MOQ varies by product type. Generally, we work with project-based orders rather than unit quantities — a complete room set, floor, or full property supply is typical. Contact us with your project scope for guidance.

We work with solid wood, MDF/particleboard, plywood, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, marble, glass, and a full range of upholstery materials. All timber is FSC-certified and all composite panels meet CARB emission standards.

Quality & Certifications

Hongye holds ISO 9001:2015, CE Mark, SGS verification, BIFMA standard compliance, FSC certification, and CARB compliance. Copies of all certificates are available on request.

Absolutely. Factory visits are welcome — we regularly host international clients for in-person visits and virtual tours. Pre-shipment inspection by third-party QC companies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) can also be arranged.

Logistics & Import

Yes — we provide complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and fumigation certificate. We work with experienced freight forwarders for FOB, CFR, and CIF terms.

Standard lead times are 45–75 days for production after order confirmation, depending on order complexity and volume. We provide project-specific timelines during the quotation phase, including production schedule milestones.
